## What's new

We have introduced automatic detection for review profiles across more than 52 supported platforms. It is now easier for businesses to discover where they already have reviews and to link the most important profiles first.

The Reputation section of Futuria CRM now shows recommended review profiles right inside the product. It includes the number of reviews detected, the reliability of the match and the business details, so users can **quickly identify and link the right platforms** without having to search for them manually.

### Key features

#### 1. Automatically detected review profiles

Businesses can now see the review profiles detected across every supported platform, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Agoda, Booking.com, Yelp, Trustpilot and many more.

Every detected profile includes key details such as the platform, the business name, an address preview and the **number of reviews available** before the profile is linked.

#### 2. "Best suggestion" card

A new "Best suggestion" card highlights the best profile to link first, helping users quickly identify the highest-value listings with a large number of reviews and act faster.

#### 3. Review count before linking

Detected listings now show the review volume up front, allowing users to **prioritise the platforms that matter most** based on existing customer feedback.

#### 4. In-app notifications for newly found review sites

Users will now receive in-app notifications when high-reliability review sites are discovered for an account. These notifications highlight the total review opportunity and guide users to the Reputation section to link the recommended profiles.

#### 5. A faster linking flow

Recommended profiles can now be linked directly from:

- Reputation → Overview
- Reputation → Settings → Integrations

This reduces the set-up effort and makes discovering and linking review platforms faster.

#### 6. Reliability-based suggestions

Detected listings include reliability indicators such as **"High match", "Medium match" and "Multiple matches"**, helping users make informed decisions and reducing the chance of incorrect links.

#### 7. Support for multiple matches

When several possible listings are found for the same platform, users can review and compare the matches before selecting the correct business profile. Every supported platform allows multi-page connections, so users can link several review pages per platform when needed.

#### 8. User control over incorrect matches

Users stay in control of the detected suggestions with actions such as "View page", "Connect a different profile" and "This is not my business". This helps keep suggestions accurate and lets you dismiss irrelevant listings.
