## New: post syncing for LinkedIn and TikTok

*This feature is currently available in Beta.*

We are delighted to introduce **Post Syncing for LinkedIn and TikTok**, which lets you automatically import posts you have already published straight into the Futuria CRM Social Planner.

Once it is switched on, your recent posts are synced into the planner. That way you can view past content, monitor performance and manage your publishing history alongside your scheduled posts, all in one place.

### LinkedIn post syncing (Beta)

With LinkedIn Post Syncing, you can:

- View your **LinkedIn post history** alongside your scheduled content.
- Track engagement metrics such as **reactions, comments and shares**.
- Manage your LinkedIn content from a **single unified publishing calendar**.

### TikTok post syncing (Beta)

You can now:

- Import videos published on TikTok into the Social Planner.
- View your **TikTok content history** in one place.
- Track **likes, comments, shares and views**.
- Manage TikTok alongside your other connected social accounts.
- Benefit from the **automatic daily refresh** of your statistics.

Engagement metrics for LinkedIn and TikTok are refreshed every 24 hours, keeping your analysis up to date while respecting the platforms' API limits.

## How to enable syncing

To start using this feature, follow these simple steps:

- Go to **Marketing → Social Planner → Settings**.
- Connect your LinkedIn page or your TikTok account.
- Enable **Post Syncing**.

- Wait for the initial sync to finish.
- View the synced posts and their performance metrics inside the Social Planner.

## Notes on the feature

### LinkedIn

- The Beta supports **LinkedIn Organisation Pages** only.
- Personal LinkedIn profiles are not supported because of API limitations.
- Reactions, comments and shares refresh every 24 hours.
- PDF, Event, Poll and Article posts are synced but do not support previewing inside the platform.
- Mentions, hashtag highlighting and details of tagged users are not available because of LinkedIn API limitations.
- Posts deleted on LinkedIn remain visible in the Social Planner, because syncing is one-way (from LinkedIn to Futuria CRM).

### TikTok

- The Beta supports both **Personal and Business** TikTok accounts.
- Likes, comments, shares and views refresh every 24 hours.
- Videos are played using TikTok's native player.
- Synced TikTok videos cannot be cloned into new posts because of API restrictions.
- Place tags, tagged users and music details are not available through the TikTok APIs.
- Posts deleted on TikTok remain visible in the Social Planner, because syncing is one-way (from TikTok to Futuria CRM).
