Security and privacy

Frequently asked questions
No. The PIT is the private credential that connects the skill to your Futuria CRM account. Never paste it into a chat, prompt or command. Setup opens a separate window with concealed input.
On Windows it is encrypted with the current user's data protection; on macOS it is stored in Keychain. The skill does not send it to Futuria Marketing.
Read operations may run directly. Sending, publishing, deleting and other sensitive actions require confirmation. Payment and transaction data is read-only.
No. The current stable version is v1.2.1 and does not update itself. Future updates will be explicit and verifiable.
No. A standard chat cannot install a skill on your computer. At present you need ChatGPT Work (Codex) or Claude Code. Chat-based access is planned through an MCP connector.
Public code makes the implementation inspectable. Verified access provides guided distribution, while actual CRM use still requires a valid PIT for the relevant account.
