⚡ Automatic replies for Facebook reviews
Review AI Agents can now reply to Facebook reviews automatically, based on rules you define in advance.
Once you have created an AI Agent, it can automatically reply to the Facebook reviews that match your criteria, helping your team improve reply coverage with less manual effort.
📄 Choose which Facebook pages get automatic replies
When you create or edit an AI Agent, you can now select which Facebook pages the automatic replies apply to.
The review source options include:
- All sources
- All Google pages
- All Facebook pages
This gives you page-level control over where automation is switched on, ideal for anyone managing several sites.

🛠️ How it works
Go to Reputation → Reviews and click Reply with AI to generate a suggested reply.
For automatic replies:
- Go to Reputation → Settings → Review AI
- Click Create Agent
- Choose the tone, the language and the review conditions
- Select "All Facebook pages" or specific pages under "Review source"
- Save the agent
Your AI Agent will now reply automatically to the Facebook reviews that match the criteria you have set.
