We have redesigned suggestion mode in conversational AI, so reply suggestions are ready before you even open the conversation. Less waiting, fewer clicks and full control over every message.
What's new
- Automatically generated suggestions: the AI now prepares a draft reply in the background as soon as a new message arrives, so you are not left waiting once you open the editor.
- A new suggestion experience: a cleaner, redesigned card makes it easy to review, edit and send AI replies without interrupting your workflow.
- Faster editing and sending: accept a suggestion as it is with a single click, or refine it first so it matches your style.
- Always under your control: suggestions are only drafts. Nothing is ever sent automatically — the final decision is always yours.
How it works
- A new message arrives: as soon as a contact replies, conversational AI starts preparing a reply suggestion in the background.
- Your suggestion is ready straight away: open the conversation and the recommended reply is already waiting for you in the new suggestion card. No loading, no manual trigger.
- Review and edit: read the suggestion, change the wording or rewrite it completely if you prefer.
- Send on your terms: when you are happy with the suggestion, send it with one click. If a more recent message arrives in the meantime, the suggestion updates so it stays relevant.
