Showcase every single review: you can now add manual feedback in Futuria CRM
Your business reputation is built on every single positive experience your customers have. But what happens when the most enthusiastic feedback does not come from Google or Facebook, but from a thank-you email, a private message or an industry platform that is not connected directly to your CRM?
Until now, those valuable testimonials risked staying isolated and unused. That is why we are delighted to introduce a game-changing new feature for reputation management in Futuria CRM: the ability to add reviews manually.
You now have full control to consolidate and showcase all of your customer feedback, wherever it came from.
What you can do with this new feature
This release introduces a completely new way to record and make the most of customer feedback collected outside the integrated platforms. You will find the new option directly in the Reputation → Reviews → Add Reviews section.
Add individual reviews with ease
Received a fantastic email from a happy customer? You can now enter it straight into the system. For each manual review you can specify:
- Customer name: To put a face to the testimonial.
- Rating: Assign a star score.
- Review text: Reproduce the customer's exact words.
- Date: Keep an accurate timeline of your feedback.
- Platform or source: Choose an existing platform, add a new one (an industry portal, for example) or select "No Platform" for reviews given verbally or by email.
- Images: Upload the customer's profile photo or any other relevant images.
This way you can centralise every piece of feedback, automatic and manual alike, in a single unified dashboard.
Import multiple reviews with a CSV file
If you have a whole collection of reviews to import, you do not have to add them one by one. We have introduced a handy upload system based on CSV files. Simply use our downloadable template to import dozens or hundreds of reviews in a few clicks, complete with every detail: reviewer name, rating, text, date and source.
Display manual reviews in your widgets
The real magic of this feature is that manually added reviews can be displayed in the widgets on your website, exactly like the ones coming from Google. That lets you build a far richer and more persuasive showcase of testimonials.
You can combine automatic and manual reviews, filter by source and choose the layout you prefer, so your prospective customers only see the very best of the feedback you have received, whatever channel it came from.
A practical example: the architecture practice "Spazio Vitale"
Picture an architecture practice, "Spazio Vitale", that often receives compliments and thank-you emails from its clients once a project is finished. These messages frequently include photos of the renovated home and are full of enthusiastic detail, yet they are never published online.
Thanks to the new Futuria CRM feature, the owner of the practice can now:
- Manually enter the best emails received, attaching the photos of the completed project sent by the client.
- Import via CSV the testimonials gathered at an industry event or published in a specialist magazine.
- Update the reviews widget on the practice website to include these "offline" testimonials, displaying a gallery of authentic and varied feedback.
This way "Spazio Vitale" not only centralises its reputation management, but also enriches its website with powerful, credible social proof that used to go to waste, building even more trust with new prospective customers.
This new feature is already live in your account. Start giving every satisfied customer a voice today and turn all that positive feedback into a powerful marketing asset.
