Selling products through forms and surveys is easier than ever

We have made selling through forms and surveys even smoother! 🎉 The product selling experience has been redesigned with a unified payment configuration panel, which makes it easier than ever to connect payment providers and set up products, all in one place.

We have also introduced support for selecting the price tier and the variants, giving customers more buying flexibility and simplifying the setup for businesses.

What's new

The "Sell Products" element in forms and surveys now offers a simplified payment experience with:

• A unified payment configuration panel on the right
• Direct connection of payment providers without leaving the builder
• Support for selecting the product price tier
• Support for selecting product variants

How it works

1. Add a "Sell Products" element to your form or survey.
2. Open the unified "Payment" panel on the right.
3. Connect your preferred payment provider directly from the panel (if it is not already connected).
4. Select the products you want to sell and configure the available price tiers and variants.
5. Customers choose their preferred price and product options before submitting.
6. The selected configuration is reflected throughout checkout, invoicing and payment processing.

Important notes

• Existing forms and surveys continue to work exactly as before.
• Price tier and variant selection is available for supported products with multi-price or variant configurations.
• No changes are made to existing forms or surveys unless you choose to update their payment configuration.
• Fully supported on both desktop and mobile.
