WhatsApp statistics in workflows: track how your messages perform

See exactly how your WhatsApp messages are performing without leaving your automations. WhatsApp statistics are now built into Futuria CRM workflows, so you can track the full delivery cycle of every message and analyse the detail, all in one place.

👀 What's new

📊 Detailed message status tracking

Full message lifecycle: track the total number of messages sent, pending, delivered, read and failed for a workflow's WhatsApp action. These are the same statuses Meta provides for every message.

🗓️ Analysis by custom date range

Choose the period you care about: view statistics for a specific time range to assess the performance of a particular campaign or send.

🔍 Individual message details

Message-level analysis: open any message to see recipient information and exact timings.

📤 Export capability

Take the data with you: export the statistics for further analysis or to build reports.

🔄 Real-time updates

Refresh without reloading: get the latest status with a refresh button, with no need to reload the whole page.

👷 How it works

  1. Go to Automations and select the workflow that contains a WhatsApp action.
  2. Click the WhatsApp action and select "Statistics".
  3. View the statistics and the details of individual messages.
  4. Use the date range selector to customise the view.
  5. Open the full statistics and click "Export" to download them.

Why it matters

WhatsApp message delivery is not guaranteed: messages can stay pending, fail or never reach the recipient. Until now, that outcome was only visible outside your automations.

Seeing the counts of delivered, read and failed messages inside the very workflow that sent them lets you spot a drop in deliveries or a spike in errors straight away. You can then export the detail whenever you need to dig deeper or produce a report.
