Project overview

Project overview

Arcobaleno ColorLab already had something valuable: Daniele Iotti's technical expertise in colours, finishes, surfaces and professional products. The substance was not the problem. The problem was turning it into a clear sales message, an understandable journey and a system able to build a relationship over time.

We worked on positioning, on the funnel, on the CRM and on content production, to move Arcobaleno out of the logic of off-the-cuff advice and into a more readable proposition: helping people refresh their home without building work, without waste and without the panic of "I have chosen the wrong colour".

The work combined strategy, copy, automations and video content. Not an isolated campaign, but an operating base: brand, editorial series, consent collection, email sequences, advertising scripts and a clear direction for bringing qualified traffic towards consultations and programmes.

From product to informed relooking

The first choice was to shift the communication from the product alone to the real benefit: turning a house into a space that represents the people living in it. Arcobaleno is not presented as a generic painting or materials service, but as a technical, practical guide for anyone who wants change without demolition.

The positioning we built revolves around "relooking without the building work": a concrete promise for people who no longer feel at home in their own house, but are held back by the fear of getting it wrong, a limited budget, confusion about products or a lack of faith in improvised DIY.

  • Simplicity: affordable transformations without knocking down walls.
  • Technical certainty: the right products and application cycles to avoid costly mistakes.
  • Personalisation: not generic tutorials, but guidance for real spaces, light and surfaces.
  • Direct support: an expert who guides the decisions, not an algorithm holding a colour swatch.

Funnel, CRM and consent collection

Once the message was clear, we designed the sales architecture: content and campaigns take people towards a page explaining the method, a qualification quiz and an orientation call. The point was to avoid the classic traffic that arrives, looks around and disappears with British discretion.

The CRM work gave structure to the relationship with the community. We prepared a sequence for collecting marketing consent, with emails written in Daniele's voice: clear, respectful, consistent with the world of relooking and designed to keep on the list only the people who are genuinely interested.

In parallel, the system laid the foundations for follow-ups, reminders, event sign-ups and segmentation. The value is not simply "sending emails", a sport that is already widely practised. The value is knowing who to talk to, why, with which message and at which point of the journey.

Content, YouTube live sessions and campaigns

Content, YouTube live sessions and campaigns

To make the positioning concrete, we built an editorial system around "SOS Casa con Daniele": a YouTube and social series designed to turn very common household doubts into educational, useful and commercially relevant content.

The schedule covered themes such as choosing a colour, the mistakes that ruin a room, damp and mould, restoring furniture, wallpaper and dated tiles. Each theme was translated into advertising scripts and organic content, with different angles to reach real fears, desires and objections.

The approach was deliberately practical: fewer slogans, more concrete cases. "Your home no longer reflects you", "Pinterest is not enough", "DIY is cheap until you have to do it again" are messages that speak to the problem before they speak to the product.

The operating result

Arcobaleno ColorLab now has a more readable direction: positioning centred on informed relooking, consistent language, a proposition that is easier to explain and a content engine connected to the CRM and the campaigns.

The project turned technical expertise and scattered insights into a system: message, content, acquisition, consent, follow-up and offers. It is the step that is so often missing in advisory businesses: no longer depending only on the direct relationship, and starting to build something repeatable.

The most important part is not owning a longer list of tools. It is having a sharper business proposition and an infrastructure that supports it. With Arcobaleno we did exactly that: less improvisation, more method, more continuity.
