With the design team
The design was born in Figma, by the CakeClub team. We translated it into Webflow with components, animations and variants for desktop, tablet and smartphone, discussing the details directly on the file.

Customer story · Webflow website development

Coordinating three teams
CakeClub’s design, marketing and development teams worked on different fronts, between the United States and Italy. Futuria held the three teams together: we translated the design into Webflow, gave marketing the tools to publish and measure, and integrated the technical team’s technology into the site.
The design was born in Figma, by the CakeClub team. We translated it into Webflow with components, animations and variants for desktop, tablet and smartphone, discussing the details directly on the file.
Marketing defined content, priorities and calls to action. It received a CMS it can run on its own, calls to action built on its brief and tracking ready to measure.
The AI assistant and the marketing-automation platform are CakeClub technologies. We integrated them into the site together with their developers, checking the flows in development and in production.
One partner who speaks the language of designers, marketers and developers.
The website we built
Company pages, a financial-education library and the page for the book behind the CakeClub method. Content and design came from different teams: we brought them into a single system, designed for marketing to manage without developers.

On smartphones
Hero, navigation, lessons and carousels were built and checked on narrow screens too, with swipe where it helps and animations that stop for visitors who ask for reduced motion.

Ask Albert
Design by the CakeClub team, engine by their technical team, integration by Futuria: the Ask Albert panel lives on every page and falls back to the basic interface if the service does not respond.

The Futuria method
Coordinating three teams remotely means making every step traceable: who asked for what, what was done, how it is checked.
A review of the Figma file with CakeClub’s designer clarified components, states, breakpoints and animations before development began.
Every page was built in staging, open to the client at any time, before touching the public domain.
Seven feedback cycles before launch, collected from email, Figma comments and shared documents, closed point by point with a written report.
Blog posts, lessons and videos live in the Webflow CMS, with templates the team fills in without touching the design.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity run with consent management designed for a US audience, honouring the Global Privacy Control signal.
Before launch, a production audit found and fixed indexing blocks, missing metadata and images still tied to another project. More than 240 automated checks accompany every major release.
The launch
On 24 September 2026 the new website went live on cakeclubapp.com, inside CakeClub’s Webflow account. The old website stayed in the account, switched off, as a safety net.
Project transferred to the client’s account
Hosting moved to the new website
Domain connected with no downtime
46 301 redirects live
Sitemap submitted to Google
The domain switch happened without interruption for anyone visiting the website.
Old addresses point to the new pages, so existing links keep working.
In the two weeks after launch, none of the 47 pages with Google impressions returned an error.
Autonomy
At handover the project moved entirely into CakeClub’s Webflow account. The guide and walkthrough exist so the team can publish without depending on Futuria, which remains available for the more technical work.

Your project
We start from your real constraints: platform, content, team and pages already indexed. Then we build a website you can manage yourself.
