Chiara Capotorto is a dog trainer with more than twenty years of experience. Futuria helped her turn courses, consultations, appointments and community into a tidier digital ecosystem, ready to grow.
2025-2026
Chiara Capotorto has worked in dog training for more than twenty years, with an approach centred on the relationship between dog and owner. In recent years her work has moved further and further online: one-to-one consultations by video call, recorded programmes and a community of people interested in a more thoughtful way of living with their dog.
Expertise was not the problem. The problem was turning that expertise into a digital system able to support courses, the relationship, appointments, payments and ongoing programmes without multiplying platforms and manual steps.
This is where Futuria came in: not to add another shop window, but to bring order around a training project that was already alive, and to prepare it for a more recurring model, with CRM, automations, a course area, community and connected sales processes.

Before the project, everything rested on different tools: a course platform, calendars, email, payments, social media, automations and conversations. Each tool had its function, but none of them held the whole client journey together.
For a business like Chiara's, that weighs more than it seems. The sale does not come from a cold checkout: it comes from trust, listening, context about the dog, the owner's expectations, choosing the right programme and continuity after the first purchase.
If the data stays scattered, the relationship becomes more fragile too. The risk is spending too much time chasing tools and too little guiding people.
Every piece worked, but the sales work stayed broken up across platforms, notifications, payments and manual exchanges.
The value is not adding another piece of software: it is making contacts, calendar, content, payments and the relationship pull in the same direction.
The first phase was practical: setting up the profile, domain, email and calendar, connections with Gmail and call tools, conversation management, contact import and segmentation, products, payment links and notifications.
We then worked on the details that make the difference when a CRM has to be genuinely used: custom fields to collect useful information about the dog and the programme, a cleaner interface, appointment settings with buffers and minimum notice, Stripe and PayPal connected, and the foundations for courses and the client area.
The result of this phase is not a list of features. It is an environment where the contact, the history of the relationship, the appointment, the payment and the training material can all sit in the same operating flow.
Availability, minimum notice, buffers between calls and a connected calendar.
Useful fields for reading the person, the dog, the context and the programme without losing information.
Links and products connected to the sales process, with fewer external steps.
Materials, videos, resources and certificates organised in an owned environment.
Chiara's plan for 2026 was clear: build a paid community so she could become a more stable point of reference in the online dog training world, without turning her method into a generic product for anyone at all.
Together we worked through membership, topic channels, live sessions, recorded material, gamification, certificates and onboarding questions. Not simply "putting videos on a platform", but designing a journey in which people join, understand the values, take part and can then move on to better-qualified individual consultations.
That is an important difference for anyone assessing Futuria: the technology comes after the strategy. First you decide what kind of relationship the system has to support, then you configure the platform.
Another knot was handling new contacts, especially those that come from events, content or conversations that are already warm. The process had to be useful without becoming intrusive.
So we set up a clean logic: a form to collect the contact, an automatic follow-up, an explicit invitation to the newsletter and a next step towards the community or an individual programme only when it makes sense. Less pressure, more context and more respect for consent.
The right choice here is not to fill the story with things that are not central: it is to show the system that keeps contacts from getting lost between forms, emails, appointments and programmes.
In the flows connected to events, the point was not to import contacts aggressively: it was to collect them properly, send a consistent follow-up and let people choose the newsletter knowingly.
Chiara now has a firmer base for running her own online ecosystem: contacts, calendars, courses, payments, follow-ups and community no longer live as isolated pieces. They can be read and governed as a single journey.
For a professional whose work is largely advisory, this changes the quality of the work: less operational friction, more memory about the client, more clarity on what to propose and more room to concentrate on the relationship.
It is exactly the kind of project where Futuria is useful: when a professional already has the expertise and the audience, but needs to turn ideas, content and tools into a serious sales system. No fireworks, thank you: they look impressive, but they rarely book calls on your behalf.
