An advisory service for law graduates who want to become lawyers through an international qualification route.
2018 – 2020

Becoming a lawyer through an international route: how 2 people managed more than 7,000 contacts, 4 national events and thousands of exams in six weeks, thanks to a platform and automated processes.

The advertising campaigns successfully identified the right audience and reached it across multiple channels, on the various social networks and with Google placements on all the main Italian websites and newspapers.
By explaining how the route works in simple terms, and with complete transparency about the process and the prices, people booked an introductory call to find out more.
We then organised 4 information events across Italy (Milan, Rome, Naples and Palermo), attended by hundreds of aspiring lawyers, many of whom went on to choose the Ius Simplex international qualification route.
In a word? Everything.
We built a multi-branch process that is simple to run yet highly personalised for the person entering it. Every channel leads to booking a call, with automated handling based on the outcome of that call: the contact does not answer or is busy; they need time to think it over; they buy straight away.
There were also tailored reminders, whether for the event someone had decided to attend or for the exam instructions — in short, every contact coordinated at every moment.
In little more than a month of activity, dozens of advisory packages worth €7,000 each were sold, taking revenue past several hundred thousand euros.
Thanks to the automations, only two people were needed to manage the thousands of contacts behind that result.
What I liked most about the project was undoubtedly the automations, which made everything almost perfect, from the database through to contact with clients. I had no hesitation in starting the project and I chose Futuria because I saw a young, modern team in step with the times.
To anyone who wants to launch a project and turn an idea into a winning machine but still has doubts, I would say trust them: they are serious and professional.
