Futuria CRM

Futuria CRM · Managed agent

Relationships create value. Keep track after the meeting, too.

BNI Connect Assistant helps organise referral business and completed one-to-ones. It works inside Futuria CRM with a shared company register and the rules you choose.

One register, several BNI members

Each transaction keeps its referrer, the correct BNI member and reporting period. The register separates BNI business from other referral business and tracks what has already been registered to avoid duplicates.

  1. 1 / 3

    Collect

Start from your cashbook, if connected, or use CSV, PDF or details supplied in chat. The agent asks for missing information and flags ambiguity.

  2. 2 / 3

    Review

Amount, referrer, member and reporting period stay linked to the transaction. Only one-to-ones that actually took place enter the register.

  3. 3 / 3

    Register

Collection and registration in BNI Connect are separate steps. During setup, choose where approval is required and where automatic execution is authorised, within verified capabilities.

Set up around the way you work

Before creating fields or registers, the agent checks what is already there. Setup reuses compatible elements and proposes missing ones: the register object, contact links, referrer and BNI reporting periods.

  • Members, chapter and weekly meeting day
  • Data sources and available connections
  • Approval rules for each operation
  • Preferred collection and registration times

Choose when, with a clear distinction between reminders and execution

Collection and registration can have different frequencies. As a starting point, the agent suggests a weekly check on the day before your meeting. Scheduling becomes active only once the native execution path and required access have been verified; otherwise it remains a preference, with an agreed reminder and a manual start in chat.

Agente Futuria handles installation

Agente Futuria creates and configures components in your account from the versioned package and installation procedure, reusing compatible components. If the required protected technical access is missing, it involves Fabrizio in the same request and waits for that step to be completed through the protected process. The form does not collect credentials.

Before you start

Can it support several BNI members in one company?
The register is designed for multiple members: each entry must keep the correct responsible member and referrer. BNI Connect access must be verified for each member.
Can I use it without a connected cashbook?
Yes, the workflow also supports CSV, PDF or details supplied in chat. The agent checks completeness and duplicates before proposing registration.
Does a calendar appointment count as a completed one-to-one?
No. A planned appointment does not prove that the meeting happened. Completion needs confirmation.
Will it run at a fixed time without opening chat?
Only after the native scheduling path and required capabilities, including browser access, have been verified. Without that check, the time remains a preference and execution starts in chat.

The next step is to check your use case.

How many BNI members are involved, where do you keep referral business data and how should registration approvals work? Let’s start there.

Request activation

BNI Connect is an external service. A valid account and permissions for the requested operations are required. Availability, CRM plan and AI or external service charges must be checked in your offer; included usage is never implied.
