How to create a PIT token in Futuria CRM

A Private Integration Token (PIT) is a private key that lets a skill or an integration connect to your Futuria CRM account. Its scopes determine which data and operations it can access.

This guide creates a token named Agents for the official Futuria CRM skill. The video ends at token generation; the token itself is hidden.

Watch the demo

29 seconds, with zoom and highlighted clicks. The recording uses the Italian interface; English captions are available. Press play to hear the soft background music and clicks.

1. Open Private Integrations

Sign in to Futuria CRM and check that you are in the account you want to connect. Open Settings → Private Integrations. In the Italian interface, the menu may appear as Integrazioni Privato.

If the menu is missing, ask your account administrator to check your permissions.

2. Create the Agents integration

Select Create New Integration, enter Agents in the Name field, then click Next. The description is optional: use it to remind yourself what the token is for.

3. Select the scopes

Open Select Scopes. For the official Futuria CRM skill, click Select all and check that every available scope is selected.

The demo shows 178 of 178. That number may change as the CRM evolves. Check that the selected count matches the available total.

Select all grants broad access to your account. Use this token only with the skill or an integration you trust. For other integrations, select the scopes needed for their specific purpose.

4. Generate the token

Scroll to Create, click it and confirm the sensitive-scopes warning with Confirm. The CRM displays the integration-created message and its PIT.

The integration name, Agents, helps you recognise it. The token value is the actual access key.

5. Use the PIT in protected setup

Click Copy and paste the token only into the skill's protected setup window, when prompted. Keep it out of chats, prompts, emails and screenshots you intend to share.

To get the skill and start setup, open the Futuria CRM for AI agents page.

Manage your token over time

Treat the PIT like a password. When it is no longer needed, open its integration and choose Actions menu → Delete. The integration using it will lose access. If you suspect exposure, manage the token in Private Integrations and update the affected connection.
